Timeline.

Updates and milestones the way a studio shares a build log. Threaded comments, photo grids, sketch attachments. The newsfeed your client actually checks — because there are only ten posts and they're all relevant.

Threaded comments per post — your client can reply right where the question fits.
Photo & sketch grids — progress shots, mood boards, before-after.
Milestone markers — visual punctuation for "shipped" or "approved" moments.

Document Vault.

Files, contracts, exports — versioned, encrypted, theirs forever. Not "until I cancel my Drive plan" or "until the share link expires." A permanent home for the documents that matter to the relationship.

Version history on every file — see who changed what, roll back any time.
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit.
Per-file permissions — share with the client, or keep internal.
ZIP export any time — every desk's files in one archive, with metadata.

Form.
